Being an engineer and working in corporate world didn't deter Sudeep's interest in spirituality, rather seeing the stress that people experience in their job or day to day life inspired him to help others to develop that connection with themselves and lead a healthy, awaken and joyful life with a positive outlook towards the surrounding environment.
Sudeep took formal studies in Meditation as Lifestyle Medicine with focus on Meditation & Mind Body Medicine.
